  • Do you have beginners Cycling? If so what are the days and hours?

    • Hi Carolyn! We do not have a beginners Cycling class, however we do have Cycling II and III that you are welcome to do. The instructor caters to all levels. Just let them know you are just starting out and they’ll take it a little easier on you 😉

  • Do you offer adult exercise aquatic classes? If so, pricing and availability?

  • Good morning,

    It looks like the PDFs for the class schedules have not been updated. Can these be updated to the April schedules to get an easy to print versions?

    Also – I would like to suggest adding some of the lower intensity classes to nights and weekends. I would love to take classes like chair yoga, yoga, or Pilates, but they are usually earlier in the day when I am working.

    • Thank you Christine. I apologize for not having April’s schedules on as PDF. It will be updated today.

  • I’m a working senior and leaving work during the day to catch your less intense exercise classes is not an option. You offer nothing reasonable during lunchtime so my only options are ones too much for me to take on. Please consider the needs of working seniors when offering classes. Thanks.

      Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your suggestion and will forward it to our Sports and Fitness Director. We do offer Yoga Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5:45 pm, a great class for seniors. We also have a 6 am HIIT with Edwin for 30 minutes and a Therapeutic Yoga at 8 am on Thursdays with Nick if you are able to come before work. We also have Water Aerobics during lunch time (if you are willing to get a little wet). I hope together we can find a time that will work for you. Also, what classes would you like to see in the evening and what time would you suggest?
