Youth & Adult Stroke Clinics

Youth & Adult Stroke Clinics are designed to help participants form proper stroke techniques and increase swimmer confidence. Advanced participants may also get proper instruction to increase comfort with diving and turning. All stroke clinics are taught by qualified competitive swimmers.

2010 Jaws Stroke Clinic Registration Form

JAWS  Stroke Clinic (ages 4 - 18)
The JCC Jaws Stroke Clinic prepares children for the world of competitive swimming. Each class will be split into two parts, intermediate and advanced. There will be two instructors for each class.

Swimmers must be able to complete a minimum of one lap (25 yards) of freestyle.

All practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm - 5:30pm.

Jaws Stroke Clinic Cost per Month:
Members: $25          Non-Members: $35

 

Adult Stroke Clinic
This program is designed for those swimmers, above the age of 18, who intend on improving their stroke techniques. All skill levels are welcome*. This program only runs during certain parts of the year. Please check schedules for times.
*Participants must be able to swim at least one lap. Otherwise, please see swim lessons.
Adult Stroke Clinic Cost per Month:
Members: $35          Non-Members: $45
