How do I sign up for Aquatic Personal Training?
See the front desk or fitness desk and tell them which package you would like to purchase. Specify that you want Aquatic Personal Training. Once you have paid and are in the system, you will be contacted by the trainer to arrange a convenient time to begin your sessions.
What kind of equipment do you have available?
We have noodles, water dumbells, water belts, resistance gloves, resistance arm boxers, fins, kickboards, pull buoys, and our pvc pool access wheelchair.
How old do my chlidren need to be for me to leave them in the pool?
Children under the age of eight must have a parent/guardian in the water and within arm’s reach at all times. Children under the age of eight must be accompanied by a parent/guardian while using the locker rooms.
There are no children allowed in the pool during water aerobics, unless partaking in a scheduled swim lesson or swimming laps.
Can I swim laps while classes are taking place in the pool?
Yes, we keep one lap lane open all day, every day.
How deep is the pool?
The deepest section of the pool is 5 ft. The most shallow section is 3ft 3in.
What is the temperature of the water in the pool?
We keep the pool at a comfortable 84-86 degrees fahrenheit.
