How do I learn to use the machines in the fitness center?
We offer our members a free intro to machines and on top
of this a free 30 minute personal training session as a welcome to our center and
we want to share our passion for your health and wellness. Make sure to call, stop by or click here to schedule these appointments.
How long before I see results and changes in my body from exercising?
Another very important component of fitness is the type of fuel our body runs on. I like to think of it like this.... my car would not go on empty or on junk fuel.... think of your body in the same manner...Good exercise and fuel into the body= results in health and wellness and your personal fitness goals.
How do I tone my body?
Cardio in the fitness center (treadmills,ellipticals, cycles, adaptive motion
trainers, steppers (upstairs) group cycle classes, interval and circuit
classes,snazzy senior classes, aqua classes, & upstairs
on our track- 10 times around =1mile
Which group fitness classes shall I attend as a senior, beginner, (or advanced) participant?
Seniors and
Beginners: Snazzy senior, Rep Reebok (Fridays @10:30) Gentle Yoga
and Stretch w/ Dr. Dan
Advanced Members: will surely get their "work out
fix" in participating in Skills n Drills, Power Yoga, Crazy 45, Zumba & Rep

All Levels: Cycling
