Youth Programs

The Katie and Irwin Kahn Jewish Community Center offers a wide variety of classes and activities for children of all ages.  Below are brief descriptions of our current classes.

ZumbAtomic (Kid's Zumba)

ZumbAtomic is a fun, safe and effective fitness program that you and your child will love!   Watch their energy and fitness levels soar during this 8-week program. 

For children ages 4-7.

Time: 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Cost: Member: $60; Non-Member: $80

A weekly art class for children ages 3 - 10 years old being taught by popular camp counselor Nina Brumble. if your child is ages 3-5 years then the class will be on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30pm. If your child is ages 6-10 years then the class will be held Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30pm. This is a new class being offered by the JCC, we hope you will participate. Cost: Free for Members; $5 for Non-members per class.

Hadassah and the JCC have teamed up to start a "Read-Write-Now-Partners" Tutoring Program to assist school age children grades 1 to 6 in reading and writing.
