Cycling classes have gone through various stages of popularity over the years.Cycling may look like one of the most intimidating group workout,
but in actuality it’s one of the best places to get started!

At this point in time, they happen to be reaching a peak of popularity once again.

One of the best elements of a cycling class is that it is done as a group.
If you need to be held accountable in order to get the most out of the workout,
cycling classes are a great way to do it. Classes are full of other people who will support you.

A cycling workout is a low impact exercise. This means that it won’t put pressure on knees and other joints, as do other aerobic or running exercises. Of course, proper stretching and training practices are still important in order to avoid injury.
