Featuring Award-Winning Pianist,

SOLOMON EICHNER

  •  Equally at home with solo, chamber and concerto performances, Solomon Eichner has established himself as an exciting versatile young artist.  Solomon is known for his commanding performances of the romantic keyboard repertoire including Liszt, Chopin, Brahms, Prokofiev and Rachmaninoff.
  • Solomon graduated with his Bachelor of Music degree from the Manhattan School of Music studying with Arkady Aronov and Master of Music degree from the Peabody Conservatory having studied with Alexander Shtarkman.
  • Currently, Solomon is in his second year of the Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the University of South Carolina as a full-scholarship recipient and holds a graduate assistantship in accompanying.
  • Solomon is studying with Dr. Marina Lomazov and Dr. Joe Rackers.  Solomon is currently under contract with Jane Anderson Concert Management.

There is no charge to attendees thanks to the generous donation made by Ruth & Walker Rast- In loving memory of our mothers Phyllis Buchman Schwartz and Sue Herring Rast.

We are happy to try and arrange transportation upon request.  We can now also offer the use of a handicapped van, if needed.  Requests for transportation must be made one week prior to the program. To RSVP or make transportation requests, please call the  office at 782-2500.
